Members of the Society were once again honoured by invitations from HE The Ambassadrice de France, Madame Hélène DUCHÊNE, to the Fête Nationale.
Des Membres de l’Association étaient encore honorés par des invitations de SE l’Ambassadrice de France, Madame Hélène DUCHÊNE.
The atmosphere throughout was amazing, with a festive feeling amongst all present, enhanced by exceptional sampling of gastronomic delights. The speeches made by HE l’Ambassadrice, the Ministre de l’Europe and from the U.K. government guest, The Minister for the Indo-Pacific at the FCDO, demonstrated and detailed the positive climate of France-U.K. relations. Then followed choir and orchestra with all singing the national anthems.
Truly for all, a Fête Nationale to remember! Pour toutes et tous une Fête Nationale exceptionnelle!
