The Franco British Lawyers Society has been holding this particular event since 1995 in Edinburgh London and Paris and more recently Dublin.

The choice of the seat of Arbitration is an important one, many jurisdictions seek to attract arbitrations to their shore.

This panel of experienced practitioners will highlight the differences and advantages of their particular jurisdictions and examine the choice of governing Rules.

 

The event is free of charge and is accredited for 2 hours CPD points with the SRA, the Bar Standards Board and the Ecole de Formation du Barreau.
